ENGLERT UNVEILS NEW METALMAN FP1101/16 STANDING SEAM MACHINE |
| PERTH AMBOY, NJ—Englert, Inc., an innovator of onsite metal roofing and gutter systems, has announced the availability of its new Metalman FP1101/16 standing seam rollforming machine. The new unit runs a fixed width, variable length single profile configuration with a 16-inch coverage. The unit is also available in 20-inch coverage. The FP1101produces the A1101 one-inch snap lock panel profile, with a nail fin, no clips needed.. The unit features the latest in rollforming technology including polyurethane drive rollers and chrome plated forming rollers, two pairs of adjustable flat rib rollers, a 3,000-pound expandable arbor , dual emergency stop switches and a run-out limit switch. The machine produces panel at approximately 40 feet per minute.
