ENGLERT INTRODUCES NEW METAL MAN ES180
SEAMER FOR SERIES 1300 / 1301 PANEL PROFILE

PERTH AMBOY, NJ, OCTOBER 5, 2007—Englert, Inc., one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of gutter and metal roofing products, has introduced the Metal Man ES180 Seamer for use with its Series 1300 and 1301 standing seam profiles.

The new electric seamer produces a 180° seam on a 1” or 1 ½” Series 1300/1301 Englert standing seam panel with a seam already made at 90°. It produces a 180° seam in two directions. The new ES180 can be used in conjunction with the Englert ES90 Seamer to speed the standing seam panel installation process. The new unit features a ½ hp, 115V, gear driven motor, forward-reverse switch, jog/run switch, panel end proximity switch and adjustable wheel heights.

The Metal Man ES180 works with steel up to 24 gauge, .019” to .040” aluminum, 16 oz. to 20 oz. copper and 28to 26 gauge TCSII.
